Jubilee Draw Tickets Still Available

This year Her Majesty the Queen is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee having sat on the throne of England for 70 years. To commemorate this SuperLeigh are holding a raffle to raise money for Leigh Centurions and the prize is something a little special. We are giving one lucky winner a signed Great Britain playing shirt worn by our very own legend John Woods. John represented Great Britain against France at The Boulevard, Hull on 6th December 1981 alongside the late Des Drummond. Great Britain ran out 37-0 winners on the day with John scoring a try and kicking 7 goals with Des also grabbing a brace of tries. Along with John’s signed playing shirt we have a signed copy of the matchday programme. Tickets cost £5 and are available from the ticket office at Leigh Sports Village and Leigh Centurions’ retail outlet on Leigh Market.
